Welcome to my auction for this fantastic Mercedes C200 CDI SE AMG Panorama Coupe.This car is truly quite a rare machine, with the most economical engine of the range delivering well over 40 MPG in mixed driving, coupled with the full AMG factory options pack including – AMG Bodykit (front and rear bumpers, AMG sports lowered suspension, lip spoiler, 17″ AMG alloys with wider profile tyres at the rear and leather sports steering wheel and alumiunium sports pedals). Even with a few days of purely town driving in traffic it delivers 35 MPG which is fantastic for an auto Mercedes!The car has a 5 speed automatic transmission with tiptronic function, and sports and comfort modes to suit your mood. It is truly a breeze for both town driving and feels very surefooted at motorway speeds.The car has a full black leather interior in very good condition, split/folding rear seats, original mercedes CD player, electric windows, automatic headlights, cruise control with speed limiter, ESP, full on board computer with audio display and check control, electric/heated door mirrors, auto dimming rear view mirror (rare option on these) airconditioned centre console, climate control, and to top it all off, a full length tinted glass electric panoramic sunroof. For posing value, the sunroof and windows can also be closed by remote control!The AC on this car is ice cold and in perfect working order.I am selling the car due to the imminent arrival of a company car.I have owned the car for around 8 months, and in my ownership I have completed the following work and spent over £1000 on the car -Full service with Castrol Edge oil – air filter and pollen filter replacedEngine mounts replaced by local Mercedes specialist4x Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 tyres (noted by many experts as being one of the best tyres available)- these were changed in october and have only covered under 2000 miles since!Fitted Mercedes gearknob and gaiter costing over £100 from the latest ‘CLC’ model – has given interior a unique touch.FItted Genuine ‘AMG’ carpet mats.Replaced mirror indicator lenses for new Mercedes items.The mileage on the car is slightly high for its age at 135,000, however the majorty of the mileage has been motorway. The car has a mostly Mercedes history with the exception of the last service.Bad points -Inside front fabric sunroof shade cover does not work – This has not bothered me as the glass is tinted anyway and the sunroof mechanism is working perfectly. Cost of replacement part is around £70 from MB dealer on eBay. The shade that covers the rear passenger area does however work fautlessly.Only 1 Key.Few scratches on the rear bumper (pictured although difficult to see unless looking for them)Alloy wheels have slight kerbing.Windscreen has two chips – £60 insurance excess to replace.Apart from these minor imperfections which are frankly to be expected on a car of this age, the car looks stunning and drives well.
